The GATEWAY business model combines two business segments – the project development of commercial real estate with the project development of residential real estate:



In the project development of commercial properties, we focus on office and mixed-use properties in attractive locations in Germany's TOP 7 cities.

Since 2001, we have been developing inner-city commercial properties in so-called prime locations in sought-after German shopping cities throughout Germany and are now one of the leading developers in this segment.

Our office projects set standards. We stand for the highest quality, the best locations and sustainable, location-related concepts.



We develop residential real estate in growing metropolises and urban regions such as Munich, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main, Leipzig and Dresden. Our core business is the construction of rental apartments for institutional investors. We minimize the risks of housing development by selling our projects by means of forward transactions even before the start of construction.

In this segment, too, we stand for the consistent implementation of our sustainable, market-oriented concepts, which are integrated into the location-related environment.
