Gateway Real Estate AG publishes figures for the first quarter of 2022 and achieves an EBIT adjusted of EUR 11.0 million in the first three months 2022

- EBIT adjusted reached EUR 11.0 million in Q1 2022

- Earnings before taxes (EBT) almost balanced at EUR -1.0 million in the first three months 2022

Berlin, 31 May 2022. Gateway Real Estate AG (WKN A0JJTG / ISIN DE000A0JJTG7), one of the leading listed developers of residential real estate and urban quarters using resource-saving wooden construction method, today published the quarterly statement for the first quarter 2022.

In the first three months of the current fiscal year 2022, the company generated an EBIT adjusted of EUR 11.0 million (Q1 2021: EUR 40.8 million) and earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted to EUR -1.0 million (Q1 2021: EUR 32.8 million). In the previous year the result was positively influenced by the successful sale of the activities in the Commercial Properties Development segment, among other things.
