Reason enough for the Irish fashion retailer Primark to choose this location and the C.O.R. office building. GATEWAY realised the new construction of the commercial building on a plot of approx. 2,200 sqm with approx. 8,100 sqm retail space over five floors and approx. 2,200sqm office space over two levels. Completion took place in autumn 2013.
